Hi.
I went to zone by phone a few days ago, entered my id and pin exactly as I know it. I just got the message that log in was invalid and I'm sure I entered the correct id and pin. The only thing that helped was when I enter each digit at a time, pausing between each digit.
Also, When I call zone by phone, sometimes I get a voice mail, or nothing at all. Do you have any ideas?

Your first problem may be a recognition issue. Pausing between each digit should help. As for your second problem, What do you mean by "sometimes I get a voice mail, or nothing at all?" Does it incorrectly tell you that you have no voicemails when you have some, or does it not play voicemails when you press a key to listen to them? What does it do afterward?
Well, sometimes when I call zone by phone, I get someone's voicemail. I'd hear, the person at this extention is unavailable. I'm asked to leave a message. Also, when I call zone by phone, I get nothing, meaning no greeting of any kind, or anything. Just blank.
Could me calling from a cell phone be part of the problem?
The number you're calling may have problems. Try one of our other numbers when this happens.

someone! help! zone by phone is not working ffor me. I have tried 111@zonebbs.com. I don't know if any of the other numbers that are listed in the sight just before the js phone instructions will help as I am in Australia. anyone have any ideas.
